Hello and welcome to the web home for the Gettysburg at Battle Creek Property Owners Association. This site exists to serve both our current members and potential new members. We are proud of our neighborhood and the board of directors and all of the homeowners strive to maintain a beautiful and safe home. The board is happy to take any recommendations you may have under advisement. Our mission is to build and maintain the best community possible, both in our neighborhood and in our town.
As a resident, it is your responsibility to read and review all of our governing guidelines such as the covenants and bylaws. To make that as convenient as possible, we have included a copy on this site. We strongly encourage active participation in our neighborhood by attending our association meetings, becoming a board member or sitting on a committee, and joining in any planned activities. We welcome your ideas and involvement.
