Residents of Gettysburg @Battle Creek please be advised that the Board Of Directors act as agents within our community.  In such, to uphold & enforce all by-laws & covenants established for the Gettysburg community.

Due to recent events which have occurred within our community regarding the Architectural Change Request Form, the Board of Directors will be implementing the following:

1. All Architectural Change Request Forms must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to date of occurrence, so that the Architectural Committee has ample time to review such request.
2. He Architectural Change Request Form must include specific details of the change being requested, i.e. exterior paint color samples, replacement material for roofing shingles (manufacturer sample, to be in compliance with article 3.4 A within the covenant).
3. A blueprint or detailed diagram for any exterior additions to an existing structure, or placement of any free-standing structure on existing property.

We, the Board of Directors @ Gettysburg will do our utmost to ensure that every request is reviewed and decided upon in a timely fashion, with both the homeowner & community in mind.  Once again, the Board’s purpose is to ensure that the quality of all homes & surrounding shall be maintained as stated by the covenants in the Gettysburg Directory.
